At the Collingwood Leisure Time Club, you have the ability to rent the entire building, one room, or any combination of spaces within our facility. Our space is unique in that we also offer Indoor Pickle Ball so if you have a league and want to book it out for the winter season, you can. From AGMs to weddings to fitness classes to dances and parties, there is space suitable for anything you can imagine. You can also rent out our Kitchen during the Christmas season for Christmas Cookie Baking with your friends and family, where you can bake and shake to the sounds of holiday joy and leave with boxes of festive goodies.

This room is available for dances, weddings, parties, AGMs, Seminars, Speaking & Presentations etc. Capacity for 120 people for a sit down meal, 96 people for a sit down meal with a dance setup or 150 with a theatre style setup.

Parking: Up to 123 vehicles, handicapped spaces available

If you’re seeking a versatile kitchen space explore The Collingwood Club’s kitchen which features generous prep space, multiple sinks, two gas stoves with ovens, fridge and freezer space, dishwasher, and a limited selection of pots, pans, trays, bowls, knives, cutting boards, and more.

- $150.00 Partial Use (no Gas Stove)
All dinnerware, flatware and hot beverage cups must be cleaned and put away in their designated places after use. All users and caterers must supply their own tea towels, tablecloths and dishcloths. NO outside equipment is allowed. e.g., barbecue is not allowed
For those seeking regular or semi-regular kitchen rentals, we offer a modest discount, for those who possess a Food Handler’s certificate and liability insurance.
