Our rooms are available to rent on Saturdays and Sundays, we occasionally have weekday evenings available. Please contact us for availability.

NOTE: Our business is licensed to Play music with Entandem (A Re:Sound and SOCAN Company), if you intend to play recorded or live music at your private event you must pay the music licensing fee. Please call 705-445-9685 for details on pricing.

Event Space – Three

57′ L x 36′ W (2,052 square feet), ceiling height 11′ 10″

Room Details:

This room is available for dances, weddings, parties, AGMs, Seminars, Speaking & Presentations etc. Capacity for 120 people for a sit down meal, 96 people for a sit down meal with a dance setup or 150 with a theatre style setup.

Room Setup: Includes use of tables and chairs

Parking: Up to 123 vehicles, handicapped spaces available

Rental Fees (add a 3% service charge if paying by debit or credit):

  • Full Day: $475.00
  • Half-Day (5 hours or less): $275.00
